Our Team

Paul Hebert is the Employee Benefits Practice Leader at Ballator Insurance Group. In that role, Paul's primary areas of focus include developing strategies to grow Ballator's employee benefits business and managing the team of professionals who support the employee benefits business of Ballator's divisions.

Paul's 30-year professional career has focused on employee benefits compliance and consulting, with specialized experience in risk pools, public entities, and not-for-profit corporations. Prior to joining Ballator, Paul was an associate attorney at Connecticut and New Jersey law firms; a Senior Manager in a Big 4 accounting firm's Tax Practice; and a Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at a large international insurance brokerage firm.

Paul completed his Bachelor of Arts at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York; his Juris Doctor with Tax Honors from Rutgers University Law School, Camden, New Jersey; and his Masters in the Laws of Taxation at New York University, New York, New York.
